    The Genie Production Control Coordinator position is responsible for maintaining material flow to his or her assigned value stream.

    A full knowledge of the materials required, lead times, and supplier capabilities is necessary for success in this position.



    Basic Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or GED 
    • 4+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of leadership experience 
    • 1+ years experience with ECN and ECO
    • New production implementation
    • Basic Computer skills
    • Some college or technical education is a plus
    • Excellent Attendance Record required
    • Knowledge of Lean Principles/Concepts 
    • Kanban a plus 
    • Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing assembly processes 
    • Related technical ability and good understanding of production processes and equipment
    • Flexible, with strong teamwork orientation
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience coaching and training others
    • Strong math skills
    • Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures
    • Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively implement change
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Ability to work in a stressful environment
