    Responsibilities:

    Develop, maintain and perform audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.  Frequently works with external and internal suppliers to resolve quality issues, find root causes, and determine corrective actions.  Participate in Lean continuous improvement process.  Follows up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and validate effectiveness of corrective actions.



    Qualifications:

     

    Basic Qualifications:

     

    • HS Diploma or GED 

     

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

     

    • Experience working with suppliers
    • Weld Inspection Experience
    • Quality Assurance Experience 
    • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and methods
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time.
    • 2+ years of experience with advanced measurement tools
    • 2+ years of excel usage creating charts and utilizing formulas and other  building charts, and other intermediate level
    • 2+ years of schematics and engineering drawings
