    Oklahoma City is a unique site to Terex Corporation in North America, manufacturing for each of the business segments: Terex Aerial Work Platforms, Terex Cranes, and Terex Materials Processing. Its workforce is anticipated to grow to more than 1,000 over the next few years. The 100+ acre facility has recently completed an extensive remodel to accommodate the business’ growth.


    This position will be assigned to the OKC Strategic Sourcing Implementation team. The Material Analyst will be working in a team environment with other members to establish efficient methods and processes, assist with new or improved components and product designs; review, verify and validate TMS (oracle) for supplier setup and material supply loops. Activities associated with implementing new suppliers / parts directly related to the Terex Strategic Sourcing Initiative.


    • Plan, facilitate, and lead projects/actions associated with onboarding new suppliers / parts
    • Determine inventory disposition associated with changing suppliers / parts
    • Define processes for identifying and reducing excess on-hand inventory. Examples include shipped summary report and excess on-hand inventory report
    • Set up system to determine future part demand and set up Kanban system and plan for every part (PFEP)
    • Complex, multi-structure, ECN implementation tracking
    • Utilize advanced Excel skills to identify significant discrepancies between planned (PFEP) material use, actual and projected to minimize inventory while reducing shortages
    • Comparisons of PFEP and TMS capabilities
    • Create and maintain a variety of hard and soft copy files related to inventory, supply chain, logistics and materials management


    Basic Qualifications:

    • HS Diploma or GED
    • 1 year of demonstrated data mining, analysis and reporting 

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience in supply chain, materials, logistics, or information systems
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • ERP experience, Oracle preferred
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite applications
    • Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to complete work in a timely manner and a strong interest in working in a fast-paced, cross-functional project heavy environment
    • Strong customer orientation with focus on quality, cost and continuous improvement
    • Experience with Kaizen process
