The Engineering Manager will be responsible for the MPS range of vibratory screening and feeder systems, leading a team of engineers and working closely with the Product Management, Global Sales teams to create and execute on a clear product strategy. Clarity of current and future market trends, latest innovations and dealer and customer needs will be critical for the success of this goal. The role will also be responsible for providing day to day engineering support for the Durand manufacturing site and the custom engineered solutions. The person must therefore not only be visionary, but have the leadership capability to engage all functions around his or her vision for the future.
Within the first year of the role the key areas of focus will be the creation of a comprehensive product strategy, an assessment of current competencies, addressing the critical actions for the engineering team.
