This role works in our Oklahoma City, OK location as local supporter of the Terex Cranes R&D team members and belongs to the competence center engineering systems, which is part of the Terex Cranes R&D teams. He/she works in an international team in collaboration with team members at other Terex Cranes locations. He/she reports directly into the leader of the competence center.
The CAD Administrator's role is to ensure the stable operation of in-house engineering systems (CAD, PLM and other engineering software. This includes developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all such installations across the enterprise including related processes and workflows. The CAD Administrator will also analyze and resolve user issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training where required.
BS Degree or equivalent experience
BS Degree or equivalent experience or 3 years direct experience operating, programming, and administrating CAD applications.
Between 3 years and 5 years prior related experience in CAD administration and operation.
Experience in a R&D and manufacturing environment producing machinery.
Must have experience with TEAMCENTER (Siemens PLM system).
Experience supporting engineering systems. Experience with software installation and upgrades.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical capabilities and quick learner.
Willingness and ability for international travel to other Terex Cranes locations as needed.
