This position is a key role within Terex AWP Service organization. Main task is the support and relief of the office team in the administrative tasks to ensure best support for customer.

Prior Office Management Experience Preferred.



  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail


Must be able to lift 5Kg occasionally, frequent lifting of 0,5 – 1Kg.


This position will be based in Delmenhorst, occasional travel within Europe may be required.


Main Tasks / Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Schedule service technicians in company system and ensure all documentation is in place before service work start.
  • Ensure quotations for service work is signed off by customers before booking service technicians.
  • KPI report for Service department.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support bookkeeping procedures
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Assist sales team if requested

Education / qualifications:

  • Language: Native German
  • Language: good English is a must (spoken and written)
