    Oklahoma City is a unique site to Terex Corporation in North America, manufacturing for each of the business segments: Terex Aerial Work Platforms, Terex Cranes, and Terex Materials Processing. Its workforce of 500+ team members is anticipated to grow by more than 1,000 over the next few years. The 100+ acre facility has recently completed an extensive remodel to accommodate the business’ growth.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Summary:  Counts parts and compiles records of quantity and type of material, equipment, or supplies stocked


    Responsibilities:

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

     

    • Verifies inventory levels by physically counting parts, material, equipment or supplies in stock.  
    • Analyze discrepancies for “root cause”.
    • Prepares reconciliation reports such as count sheets, work in process, received etc.
    • Locates missing items.
    • Responsive to audit processing by supplying data.
    • Perform ad-hod inventory reviews/counts as required by management
    • Review counts to ensure all locations have been addressed over a year period.

    Safety:

    • Provide routine maintenance to all standard department office equipment, detect and report improperly operating equipment; maintain a clean, orderly work area; and observe safety regulations.
    • Knowledgeable of general safety requirements and adhere to safety procedures; protective safety equipment may be required.

    Qualifications:

    EDUCATION:  Must have equivalent to a high school diploma/GED plus specialized knowledge equivalent to 1-3 years practical trades training including some basic computer operation or related skills.

     

    EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, and KNOWLEDGE:  3- 5 years work experience including some basic computer operation.  Knowledge and experience in warehouse storage helpful.

     

    SKILLS JOB REQUIREMENTS: The following skills are required to perform the essential function of this job: forklift, scissor lift, and similar equipment, computer, telephone, copier, printer, all standard department office equipment;   INTERPERSONAL, MATH, READING, and WRITING.
