Responsibilities:

 

This position is a responsible for administrative support of the service department. The successful candidate will handle the daily work order processes, perform data entry and change orders. Answer and direct phone calls and visiting customers for the service department and assist the service Supervisor with managing the work flow and scheduling of technicians.

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an office environment
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in service writing or parts support 
  • Must be able to multi-task with accuracy and demonstrate organization
  • Needs to be a team player
  • Experience with answering and directing phone calls
  • Have a willingness to learn new skills 
  • Strong PC skills to include Microsoft Office Suite
