Responsibilities:

Responsible for processing purchase orders, inputting data into multiple systems and maintaining the integrity of said data. Various customer service functions with an emphasis on maintaining positive customer relations.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

Validate purchase order, obtain credit approval, input order information into the Master Production Schedule system. Open work orders and purchase orders for network customers.  Create a Sales Order Summary.  Create Sales Order Acknowledgements, and monitor outstanding ones to make sure we get all of them signed and back in the unit folder.

Scanning job packets and finished unit pictures into multiple places.

Update MPS with acknowledgement date and unit serial number.

Respond to requests for information from internal and external customers.

All other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proficient  in Microsoft programs.

Knowledge of ASI and MPS a plus

 

Skills: High degree of accuracy, flexibility, ability to maintain multiple projects with shifting priorities.  Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to create and maintain good customer relationships – both internal and external. Ability to manage a database. Data entry skills required.
