***12 MONTHS MATERNITY COVER *** Reporting to the General Manager, this job role will be responsible for assisting in providing a professional, value added HR service to Terex team members at the Coalville and Long Crendon facility, in line with legislative requirements and Terex best practice.
The key purpose of this role is not only to provide and deliver on an HR strategy which is aligned to the business plan, but also to act as the conscience of the organisation, standing alone where required to set tone and be an advocate for the values, ensuring that the needs of each piece of the organisation are met and enabled to deliver high performance.
In order to be successful this person must be a credible business leader in the eyes of his or her peers, and work from within the team, rather than providing comment from the outside.
