About the Position
Title: Senior Manager – Corporate Marketing & Commercial Excellence
Reports to: Vice President, Global Marketing
Location: Westport, CT
This position is a member of the Corporate Marketing Team reporting to the Vice President of Global Marketing and Commercial Excellence. The position will be a key contributor to Terex Corporation’s branding and marketing strategies and tactics that support and maximize the company’s image, market share, and financial performance. The role will drive corporate branding strategy and manage execution including key external communication platforms such as terex.com and corporate social media outlets as well as major cross-segment trade shows. The position will collaborate intensely with Segment Marketing teams, providing functional leadership and ensuring that branding and external communications are aligned and coordinated across the company in support of a consistent, world-class customer experience. The role also collaborates with IT, legal, and commercial excellence resources. Works within boundaries of all corporate policies, guidelines and in support of the Terex Way Values.
Drive the development and implementation pf Terex Corporate branding strategy including standards, tools and processes to represent the company and its portfolio of brands.
Develop a comprehensive global digital stakeholder experience strategy and manage its execution in alignment with the overall Terex Corporate brand and business strategy. This includes, but is not limited to the following tools and activities:
Manage the strategic direction of Terex participation in international, cross-segment trade shows and drive cross-business collaboration and efficient execution at major shows.
Intensely collaborate across marketing, market research and commercial excellence functions to support Terex transformation initiatives resulting in a superior understanding of the customer journey, conversion points and optimize flow of customers/leads into and through the sales pipeline.
Manage agency partners, vendors, and budgets related to all initiatives outlined above.
