About the Position

Title:             IT Business Analyst

Reports to:    Senior IT Manager

Location:      Redmond, WA

Relocation:   No

 

Responsibilities:

Position Description 

This is a great opportunity to join the IT team working on one of Terex’s transformation initiatives - Commercial Excellence (CE).  Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, this will be a business facing role supporting the successful delivery of IT projects which fall under Terex’s CE program. You will actively support all aspects of projects from initiation through go live and post implementation support. 

You will be working on projects where your team / business stakeholders will be located in different counties and time zones. Therefore a flexible approach to working and an understanding of cultural diversities is required. 

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 3 years experience in a Business Analyst role
  • 2 years of experience using visual business management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or MIS
  • Manufacturing exp, Salesforce and Oracle a plus.
  • Experience working with an ERP system
  • Solid background in business enablement through technology
  • Previous experience of CRM applications from an implementation / support perspective
  • Analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to review, consolidate and communicate with all levels within IT and the business.
