    The Candidate will interact with Terex customers, distributors and manufacturing locations. Professionalism, excellent communications skills and thorough knowledge of Tower Cranes products and related technology are key requirements. The candidate will need to work hands on and over the telephone and must be capable of utilizing their skills to solve problems efficiently and effectively.  This role can be located in any US location within commuting distance of a commercial airport.


    Job Responsibilities


    • Trouble shoot and locate problems on existing tower cranes and resolve them in a timely manner to eliminate customer down time
    • Supervise assembly of tower crane products
    • Climb to heights of 300ft or more, work at various heights, lift 50 lbs as required
    • Resolve questions and general customer concerns and issues in the utmost manner of professionalism
    • Proactively report problems and customer concerns utilizing the CRM (customer resource management) system.
    • Participate in on site operator familiarization and technician hands on training.
    • Perform quality audits on new products that arrive at the customer’s location
    • Travel: 75% or greater


    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED 
    • Min. 2 years’ experience  which includes technical and/or field service experience working with high voltage  

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proficient with PC skills –Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM
    • Strong knowledge of electrical systems as well as mechanical skills
    • Must be able to follow work instructions as well as assembly of machinery
    • Advanced technical skills in electric and automatic control system, PLC system, motors driven by inverters
    • Advanced skilled mechatronic technician
    • Willingness to work on construction site
    • Possess or have the ability to acquire a US passport
