This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience with an industry leading Customer Services organization. The role will be responsible for assisting with a wide variety of transactional and administrative tasks supporting Inside Sales, Sales Operations, and Lean Management functions.  Activities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Gathering data for strategic initiatives and projects
  • Supporting order management and phone queue operations
  • Documenting process flows, auditing, and recordkeeping
  • Assisting with improvement and training events 
  • Updating performance metrics and visual management boards
  • Drafting training and presentation material


  • In pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields (sophomore or junior preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment
  • The ability to communicate tactfully, and assimilate quickly into a team environment
  • A positive, energetic attitude and natural curiosity to learn
  • The ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Focus on continuous improvement and flexibility to assist the department in any needed area
