About the Position

Position Overview

This position will support the Terex Financial Services (TFS) Asset Management Department. Asset Management is responsible for setting all residual values for all of Terex leased products, Managing the lease portfolio for both TFS and its funding partners, and selling all leased or repossessed equipment that Terex takes back into inventory.


  • Gathering and analyzing data from internal and external sources and recording it into a database
  • Assist in remarketing efforts to sell off lease equipment belonging to both TFS and our funding partners
  • Assist in monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Extensive use of Excel to track auction values


  • Minimum sophomore year standing as of Spring 2018 at an accredited 4 year university/college.
  • Pursuing a full-time undergraduate/graduate degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • Minimum of a cumulative GPA of 3.0 required to submit resume to Terex Career Database.
  • Track record of demonstrable accomplishments in school and at work.

  • Strong understanding of Excel and Word (pivot tables and v lookups).

  • Solid communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Well-developed organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Action oriented and strong follow-up.
  • Positive, can-do attitude; self-starter.


  • 40 hours per week during normal office hours, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
