Position Overview

Terex Financial Services (“TFS”) originates and services U.S. retail loans and leases to support the incremental sales of equipment in its three business segments. Access to the syndication market is a fundamental component of the TFS strategy to support Terex Corporation goals for Return on Invested Capital (“ROIC”) by freeing up balance sheet capacity for new loan and lease origination. The Intern, Pricing and Syndications will support this syndication process by preparing and sharing credit packages with our funding partners, and interfacing with the funding partners, the Manager, Pricing and Syndications and members of the Credit and Operations teams to ensure the efficient syndication of transactions.



  • Collation and management of syndication credit packages
  • Interfacing with funding partners to ensure efficient syndication of loans and leases
  • Extensive use of Excel to track syndication progress
  • Reconciliation of sales prices for loan portfolios
  • Preparation of monthly and ad hoc syndication reports


  • Minimum Junior year standing as of fall 2018 at an accredited 4 year university/college.
  • Pursuing a full-time undergraduate/graduate degree
  • Minimum of a cumulative GPA of 3.0 required to submit resume to Terex Career Database.
  • Track record of demonstrable accomplishments in school and at work.

  • Well-developed organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • 40 hours per week during normal office hours, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
