The Sales Account Specialist is responsible for managing an array of accounts; achieving high sales targets and sometimes overseeing the work of account executives and Regional Sales Managers. This position is also responsible for building relationships with customers and overseeing sales output. The Sales Account Specialist should work to satisfy customer needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience and measuring input and output by using analytical tools to develop further growth from the customer.
