Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate all designated product support projects including recall campaigns.
  • Maintain master records for product support projects, including equipment listings, mailings, completion documents and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate repairs associated with product support projects through the Terex Service Groups or other approved entities.
  • Place orders for parts and perfom follow up inquiries on scheduled repairs.
  • Compile information and data associated with each project as required.
  • Communicate and field calls from Service Groups and Equipment Owners regarding warranty projects.
  • Learn other duties within the product support Department including: Claim Processing, RGA tracking, equipment registration and serve as a primary backup to department personnel.
  • Be a strong member of the Terex Warranty Team and work to achieve company and departmental goals.
  • Additional duties as assigned.




Experience Level:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service or product support.


Required Skills:

  • Technology Skills - Must have a high competency working with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Customer Resource Management (Sales Force) is desired but not mandatory.
