This role is responsible for managing the Field Service Technician team in the greater Louisville market and supporting dealers/customer needs. We deliver the best customer service in the industry by providing knowledgeable, timely assistance to customers world-wide. As a Manager of our Field Service Technician team, you are responsible for overseeing new equipment set-up and commissioning, as well as trouble shooting and repair for the Powerscreen product line. Additionally you will participate in training and hands-on demonstrations for service training schools. You will work closely with engineers and the production team to support, enhance and improve our products.
