The successful Southeast Region Field Service candidate will possess the skills and technical abilities to provide onsite warranty and service repair to Terex customers. This will require the understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical systems and welding. Daily tasks, in addition to repairs, will include trouble shooting for customers, working directly with Quality, Engineering, and Sales on product issues and documentation of service data billing and tracking purposes. Team members will manage an assigned territory and assist in other territories as necessary. This position will require up to 100% travel at times.
Provide responsive and courteous regional customer service and technical support
Arrange all repairs and prioritize service schedule according to customer demands
Make recommendations on product improvements and modifications
Conduct on-site training on truck operation & maintenance when applicable
Complete necessary service documentation and other reports as required
Perform other duties as assigned
