Position Description This position provides product expertise on Terex Compact Equipment to the Terex Construction Sales Team and its distributors. The ideal candidate must be intimately familiar with assigned products, their applications, operations and system functions with specific knowledge of Compact Tract Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders and attachments. Must have good knowledge of competitive products. Will be required to travel to conduct training sessions, product demonstrations and/or to assist in strategic sales initiatives.

| Responsibilities: |
Key Tasks: - Establishes Pricing
- Conduct product training and provide technical sales support to the field team
- Produce training materials for field team as well as product briefs/bulletins
- Provide technical input for printed spec sheets and brochures
- Provide local sourced attachments that are required beyond factory offering.
- Provide market intelligence for product line.
- Produce competitive comparison
- Communicate product requirements to factory.
- Coordinate the introduction of new products i.e.; literature, manuals, parts, training programs and etc.
- Provide forecasts to the factory on new product and new options
- Provide Marketing Dept. with input on promotional requirements
- Attendance of shows and exhibits is required

| Qualifications: |
Education A bachelor degree in business, engineering or related relevant subject or equivalent related work experience. Language Requirements English required. A second language skill would be advantageous. Travel Estimated travel is 50%. Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or service field in the heavy construction equipment industry with in-depth working knowledge of compact tract loaders and skid steer loaders required.
- Professional level of knowledge of the principles and practice of business development, marketing and sales.
- Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively support change.
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required; PowerPoint preferred.
