| Overview: |
Genie Industries/Terex Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), a business segment of the Terex Corporation; we manufacture material lifts, aerial work platforms, trailer-mounted booms and light towers, telehandlers, scissor lifts and self-propelled telescopic and articulating booms. This position will be for an individual contributor (Manager Level) based in Southaven, Mississippi, Redmond, WA, or flexible location but reporting to AWP Parts to ensure the success of the parts distribution on the Eastern side of the US. This is a hybrid role - project management, account management, and sales.

| Responsibilities: |
- Assist with the successful consolidation of all the AWP and Utilities parts into Southaven and North Bend
- Assist with any I/S related issues in the Southaven warehouse.
- Communicate any issues in the warehouse back to North Bend.
- Liaise with Southaven on ECN and quality issues.
- Keep track and modify "on-hand" quantities as needed.
- Primary contact for CSR's on distributed parts in the East.
- Monitor and report the metrics of the Southaven pick/pack/ship and ensure that the standards are the same as in North Bend.
- Share best practices between Southaven and North Bend.
- Coordinate ongoing reviews with CLS and AWP management regarding performance expectations
- Maintain SLA's and report variance
- Monitor and approve budget expenses
- Support parts sales and visit customers on the East coast for training and feedback
- Assist and or lead in other projects as needed
- Support TMS introduction
Longer term development - Develop local sourcing for parts, especially fabricated and painted parts.
- Help with the Parts sales in that region of the US.

| Qualifications: |
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent system skills including AS 400
- In depth understanding of the parts warehouse operation
- Highly motivated and self sufficient
- Willing to travel as needed
- Strong and proven project management skills
- Financial aptitude
- Highly organized
- Problem solving skills
