PUBLIC RELATIONS, ADVERTISING AND DIRECT MARKETING Work with our local marketing team and coordinate the advertising plan within EMEAR Develop, maintain, implement and measure PR plan Evaluate and select advertising media Develop advertising collateral that incorporates marketing strategy and branding/legal standards Source and write application stories in a way that is appealing to the readers Organise photo shoots as required Develop new communication pieces to promote products, services, events and EMEAR targets Adapt existing US communication pieces to promote products, services, events and EMEAR targets BUDGET Establish budget plan, with the support of the marketing manager Budget to accurately tracked throughout the year, all work to be done within budget NEWSLETTERS Produce and contribute to external and internal newsletters, adapting US copy where required Write accurate copy based on information sourced from departments and product management team Obtain photographs and graphic illustrations Provide creative direction Manage outside agencies and print/mailing production activities, translations Manage plans, timelines and budget OTHER Work within company guidelines and processes adhering to corporate legal standards Incorporate brand standards and support company goals and marketing strategies Develop programmes that have a high impact on a limited budget Develop and maintain strong working relationships with media, customers and team members. Evaluate proposals, negotiate best prices Coordinate the translation and proofing of material. Create detailed plan, timeline and budget for the management of each project. Update/create written detailed processes as appropriate. Attend tradeshows and assist with the day to day running of an exhibition stand Some traveling involved
