| Responsibilities: |
This position is responsible for phone-based sales support and communications with Roadbuilding customers. Duties include: equipment and pricing inquiry, problem-solving, and sales reports. Supports sales, production, and distribution with the development and maintenance of an equipment configurator database. Occasional travel may be required. Interpret customer specifications and prepare formal quotations to meet bid deadlines. Utilize technical proficiency to relay customer specifications to outside sales and production. Maintain proficiency of current product line. Partner with the operations team to keep current on unit production status. Communicate and update customer on unit status. Occasional travel may be required.

| Qualifications: |
- Two plus year’s technical / manufacturing customer service or equivalent experience a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in a mechanical, technical, or related field required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Mechanical and / or technical ability to interpret equipment specifications and applicable option add-ons.
- Understand production scheduling and time slotting.
- Must be able to relate well to a wide variety of people in a professional and diplomatic manner and handle stressful situations in positive, tactful manner.
- Foreign language a plus.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong MS Access database skills required.
- Self-motivated, professional demeanor.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with great organizational and problem solving skills.
- Strong orientation toward safety, quality, and process change/improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast pace environment with frequent interruptions.
- Strong knowledge of Roadbuilding products and the construction industry is a plus.
